How Long Will the Procedure Take?
The answer to this question will vary according to the procedure we’re performing. Generally speaking, you can expect a procedure to take between one and two hours. We will provide you with a more specific time quote during your consultation.
I Have Botox, Injectables, Chemical Peels, and Laser Treatments. Can I Still Have Permanent Makeup Applied?
Yes! We know that many of our customers are interested in other health and beauty services, and one of the best aspects of permanent cosmetics is that they can be used in conjunction with virtually any other treatment. However, we do recommend that you wait at least a week between treatments to allow your skin to fully heal. If you are having a chemical peel or laser resurfacing, then your skin may need additional time to recover before permanent makeup can be applied. Speak with our permanent makeup artists about your specific circumstances when you call to schedule your appointment.
Can I Retain My Original Brow Hair If I’m Having Permanent Eyebrows Applied?
Yes! While some of our customers choose to shave their eyebrows and then have permanent eyebrows applied, others choose to use permanent makeup in conjunction with their eyebrow hair. Many of our clients simply want thicker brows or sparse areas filled in, and we’ll work to find a pigment that perfectly matches your existing hair and provides you with the appearance you desire.
Can I Do Multiple Procedures at Once?
Many of our clients choose to have multiple procedures performed in the same appointment. This can make the recovery process easier, as you’ll only have to go through it once. However, scheduling multiple permanent makeup procedures can also be slightly painful for those who a low pain tolerance.
How Long Will It Take to Recover?
Generally speaking, it won’t take any longer than a full week for you to feel completely back to normal. Depending on the procedure, you may some itching or slight irritation in the two or three days following your appointment, but this should subside quickly.
